4. No responsibility will be accepted by Investment Land UK Ltd for any expenses
incurred by any intending purchasers in inspecting properties
or plots of land that may have already been sold, let or withdrawn or if the intending purchaser acted on any incorrect information provided by anyone not in the employ of Investment Land UK Ltd.
5. All intending purchasers must make their offers to Investment Land (UK) Ltd
as the Appointed Agent and these will be forwarded to The Vendor/s.
Upon having received any brochures or sales materials, the prospective purchasers must
contact the company on their Tel.No or via email to confirm
all the necessary facts. Transfers/payments can be made directly to the Vendor or to Investment land (UK) Ltd., via the purchaser's Lawyers.
6. All that property, projects or plots of land,
will be sold Subject to Contract (Terms and Conditions
apply). All prospective purchaser's are advised to take the information to carry out their own independant enquiries via their Solicitor/Lawyer/Attorney, before signing any contracts or proceeding to make a purchase. This important notice applies to any
